Day of Planning We contact all of the vendors, visit the event location, attend final meeting with venue manager and florist.
We meet with client two weeks prior to wedding day. We prepare the ceremony and reception sites for the wedding. We organize last minute details, we handle any issues that may arise during the event. We coordinate the rehearsal and send detailed itinerary to all vendors.
